The Rates Includes :
	Rates are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ).
	Rates are quoted ++ which are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
	Rates quoted for Superior, Deluxe and Junior Suite are quoted with breakfast.
	Rates are quoted for Club Floor are quoted with breakfast and Evening Cocktail. Breakfasts for Club Floor are served at the 24th floor Lounge.
	Meal rates are as shown below.
	Rates are quoted based on per room per night basis

Terms & Conditions
	Surcharge of RM60.00 ++ per room per night is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM80.00 ++ per room per night without breakfast.
	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
	Check In Time : 3.00 pm
	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
	Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - One day's rate imposed
	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
	We accept most major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

Cencellation Policy

A total charges of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
